What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 scrunchies — one small run for a shop is a normal order — with volume tiers for retail lines and giveaways.
How fast will my scrunchies arrive?

Is a satin scrunchie silk?
Usually not, and the two words get used as if they were interchangeable. Satin is a weave — a way of interlacing yarn to produce a smooth face — and it can be woven from polyester, viscose or silk. Silk is a fibre. We name the fibre and the weave separately on every quote so you always know which you are selling.
Why does our scrunchie look flat?
The gather ratio. A scrunchie is gathered fabric, and the ratio of tube length to finished elastic length decides whether it looks generous or apologetic. It is directly fabric cost, so it is the first thing reduced to hit a price, and it never appears on a specification. Ask for the number.
What actually wears out on a scrunchie?
The elastic, essentially always. The outer fabric will outlast it by years. So the specification worth arguing about is the elastic width and grade, and whether the ends are joined with a proper overlapped and stitched splice rather than butted together. A cheap cord goes slack while the fabric still looks new.
Which fabric should we choose?
Satin for anybody who ties their hair daily or worries about snagging, because a low-friction surface slides against the cuticle. Cotton or jersey for sport and work, because it grips and stays put, and because it takes print far better. Velvet for thick or freshly washed hair that nothing else holds.
Why is our printed logo hidden?
Gathering. If the fabric is three times the finished length, most of the printed surface is inside a fold. Use an all-over repeat at a smaller scale so something legible always faces out, or put a small woven label in the seam — which is neater and reads as a fashion product rather than merch.
Do you make bandanas or headbands?
No. Bandanas, headbands, headscarves and hair wraps are different products with different construction, and there are suppliers who specialise in them. Everything we make is a fabric tube gathered onto an elastic.
